The 115-acre island in the Grenadines has just 22 cottages spread over the hillsides and beaches. Raise the red flag and you’ll be left to your own romantic devices.

From the U.S. it takes two planes, a golf cart and a boat to get there, but PSV is definitely worth the effort.
