Why do I look so smug? Well, you would be, too, if you went to Anguilla and when you came back got the opportunity to write about it in your debut feature for Food & Wine magazine!
In it I share a few of the island’s many pleasures, including (but definitely not limited to!) feasting on crayfish at Sandy Island; checking in (and mentally checking out) at the sublime Belmond Cap Juluca; and the happiest of happy hours at Four Seasons Anguilla.
