5 Reasons To Visit Australia's Lord Howe Island

If you’re making your 2019 travel bucket list, here’s a suggestion: Lord Howe Island. Never heard of it? Neither had I until I visited last year. Five hundred miles from Sydney, this volcanic remnant was first settled by accident in 1788 by the crew of a British ship taking convicts to nearby Norfolk Island.
